Each year, the GFWC Montana State Officers review club activities and projects to recognize the outstanding work happening across our state. Clubs may be considered for awards in GFWC's Areas of Service and program categories, including Domestic & Sexual Violence Awareness and Prevention, Advocates for Children, Arts & Culture, Civic Engagement & Outreach, Education & Libraries, Environment, Health & Wellness, Communications & Public Relations, Fundraising, Leadership, Legislative/Public Policy, Membership, and the Women's History and Resource Center.
Clubs have two easy options for submitting their work for award consideration. You may report your activities throughout the year as projects are completed, or you may submit one comprehensive report covering the entire club year. Annual reports are due two weeks prior to the GFWC Montana State Conference.
Every project tells the story of your club's service. Reporting your work not only makes your club eligible for awards, but also highlights the impact GFWC Montana members are making in communities across the state.

Report as you go allows you to share information as it happens, as opposed to filling out the reports all at once at the end of the year. Either complete the online form to the left or the one time report below.
Report all your club activities one time at the end of the year. Use the template below to report activities based on category. Download template below, or create your own repot that includes the same information. If you choose this option, do not complete the online form above.
